Who we are
We bring together a collection of writers, thinkers and do-ers from a range of topic areas, in order to help you to live well. We collaborate with both individuals and organisations. If you have something you feel you could contribute to Life Squared, please do get in touch - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here is some brief information about our directors:
Richard Docwra is the founder and director of Life Squared. Richard has been involved in the movement for social and global change for many years – most recently as director of social change agency and think tank ChangeStar, consultant and author of the book ‘Modern life – as good as it gets?’. See www.richarddocwra.com and his blog for more details.
Elizabeth Holmes is a director of Life Squared. She is a writer and author specializing in education and health. Her books have been published by a variety of publishers and translated around the world. She also contributes to a broad range of newspapers, magazines and websites, both nationally and internationally. See www.elizabethholmes.co.uk for more details.
David Murray is a director of Life Squared. He is Head of Campaigns and Communications at CTC, the cyclists' charity. He is also the former Chief Executive of the Green Party of England and Wales and of Cricket Without Boundaries, a sport for development charity that tackles HIV in Africa through cricket coaching. He is also a Trustee of Think Global, which promotes education of international development issues in schools in the UK. David also has a background in campaigning and policy development for environmentally focussed organisations.
We also work with a team of brilliant volunteers who do everything from PR to design and illustration, and enable us to do what we do. If you think you could contribute something to Life Squared in a voluntary capacity, do get in touch and let us know.
